Return & Exchange Policy

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to return a product. If your request falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist you.

General Conditions

  • Return Eligibility: We have a 6-day returns policy; returns are accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on availability.
  • We may contact you to assess the reported issue before issuing a refund or replacement.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products purchased from pop-ups/exhibitions.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Log in to your account on inkbolt.in and choose the product you want to return. Provide your reason and attach a picture.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the return and arrange for a reverse pickup.
  3. Quality Check (QC): Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a QC process. If it passes, refund will be issued.

Important Instructions

  • Ensure the product is in the same condition as when received. Used or altered products will not be accepted.
  • Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.
  • Clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package when returning it.
  • INR 200 will be deducted for all returns/exchanges for logistics, prepping, and packaging purposes.
  • Custom tattoos are not eligible for returns & exchange.

 

 

Please Note: During festivals, sales, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, or political crises, your shipment may take up to 20 days to deliver. This will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Policy

We're committed to delivering your chosen products with care and transparency. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order to ensure a smooth experience.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

  • Domestic Orders (within India):
    • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days.
    • Custom tattoos: Up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by inaccurate addresses, unserviceable pin codes, adverse weather, natural calamities, festivals, political issues, or curfews. In these cases, delivery could take up to 7-14 business days. Rest assured, we work hard to get your product to you as swiftly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Additional Information

  • Order Cancellation or Rejection: If an order is canceled after dispatch or rejected upon delivery (for both COD and prepaid orders), shipping costs will apply.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Partial COD available for orders below ₹999
  • Delivery Signatures: Goods require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for a family member, neighbor, or colleague to receive the package. Inkbolt is not responsible for goods signed for by someone else.

Shipping-Related Issues: If you need to report a shipping issue, please do so before the product leaves our warehouse. Any post-delivery concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your delivery notification or the product itself.
