- The tattoo will look light at first but will darken over the next 24-48 hours.
- Avoid sweating, scrubbing, swimming, or wearing tight clothes for 24 hours.
- Cover the tattoo with loose clothing on the first night to prevent transfer.

Inkbolt tattoos are designed to fade naturally over time as your skin regenerates.
If you’d like to speed up the fading process, here are a few ways to gently speed up the fading process
- Exfoliate the area using a mild body scrub or loofah.
- You can also use warm salt water with a washcloth to gently scrub the tattoo.
Repeat this daily to help the pigment fade faster, semi-permanent tattoos naturally fade, but this will help it lighten sooner.
Cover the area while developing and avoid touching the tattoo especially on areas like the neck, wrist, or inner arm until it’s fully developed. Let the tattoo fully develop before any skin-to-skin contact, further aftercare details are mentioned in your tattoo guide!
